We all know that exercise is vital to staying healthy but a program that both stimulates and provides the necessary workout is difficult. In our adult Karate program you will not only learn, but you will be challenged. A typical Karate training session will work your cardio system, build strength in all major muscle groups and stretch those muscles. In addition you will learn vital self defense skills. Karate is work at your own pace so no matter what your physical shape you can participate. No matter what your body type or occupation we have a program that will work for you. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to stop in and try a class.
